Curable composition for photoimprinting, cured product, and method of making patterned film, optical component, circuit board, or electronic component using the same |
abstract |
In the imprint method in a gas atmosphere containing a condensable gas, the curable composition system for photoimprint is difficult to cure, and the pattern is not completely formed, causing defects. The present invention relates to a curable composition for photoimprinting in a gas atmosphere containing a condensable gas. The curable composition for photoimprint includes at least the following components (A) and (B): (A) a polymerizable compound, and (B) a photopolymerization initiator.nn n n Component (B) has a saturation solubility of less than 1% by weight in the condensable gas which is liquid at 5 ° C and 1 atm, or has a Hansen distance (Ra) of greater than 7.6 for the condensable gas. |
