abstract A method for manufacturing an anode foil of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor is described. The method includes the following steps. An anode foil plain sheet is provided. An etching step is performed on the anode foil plain sheet, to form a large number of etching pits on surfaces of the anode foil plain sheet. A post-treatment step is performed on the anode foil plain sheet to form a stabilizing film on the surfaces of the anode foil plain sheet. The post-treatment step includes a stabilizing treatment, the stabilizing treatment includes using a stabilizing solution, and the stabilizing liquid includes an ammonium adipate solution. After the post-treatment step, a conversion treatment is performed on the anode foil plain sheet to make the anode foil plain sheet become the anode foil.
