abstract |
A solid electrolytic capacitor, in which a dielectric oxide film, a solid electrolyte layer composed of a conductive polymer, a carbon layer and a silver layer are sequentially formed on the surface of an anode body which is composed of a valve metal is disclosed. The solid electrolytic capacitor can have excellent leakage current characteristics and excellent device characteristics in high temperature, high humidity environments by doping the conductive polymer layer with a naphthalene sulfonate compound. |
