abstract <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal sheet for a drive case, which is excellent in scratch resistance and electric conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The precoated metal sheet for the drive case is provided with: chemical films formed on both sides of an original metal sheet; and a resin film which is formed on one of chemical films and contains a base resin and a lubricant. On the surface of the resin film, projection parts of 19 to 781 pieces per 1 mm<SP>2</SP>, which express the arithmetical mean roughness Ra (&mu;m) or more, are arranged on one straight line, which passes on the highest projection part and is perpendicular to the rolling direction of the original metal sheet, on the surface of the resin film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&amp;INPIT
