abstract |
The present invention provides a pre-coated metal plate and a method for producing the pre-coated metal plate, in which the anti-fouling property is improved as compared with a conventional pre-coated metal plate. A pre-coated metal plate 1 of the present invention is a pre-coated metal plate 1 comprising a metal plate 2 and a resin film 3 formed on the surface thereof, and the resin film 3 has a glass transition temperature of 0 ° C. The matrix layer 4 in which a polyester resin having a temperature of 50 ° C. or less and a curing agent are cross-linked and dispersed in the matrix layer 4 has a compressive strength of 10 MPa or less when deformed by 10% of single beads by a micro compression test. Soft beads 5, the content of the soft beads 5 is 15% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less with respect to the matrix layer 4, and the average particle diameter of the soft beads 5 is the matrix layer 4.
