abstract |
The substrate processing apparatus of the present invention includes a front heat treatment block, a front relay block, and a liquid processing block. The front heat treatment block includes a heat treatment unit and a main conveyance mechanism. The front relay block includes a mounting portion and a transport mechanism. The liquid processing block includes a liquid processing unit and a liquid processing transfer mechanism. The front heat treatment block is connected to the front relay block and is capable of transporting the substrates to each other. The front relay block is connected to the liquid processing block and is capable of transporting the substrates to each other. The front relay block is disposed between the liquid processing block and the front heat treatment block. |
