The anisotropic conductive film of the present invention is produced by pressing a photopolymerizable insulating resin into the opening of a transfer mold in which a conductive particle is disposed in an opening, and transferring the conductive particles to the opening. The surface of the photopolymerizable insulating resin layer is formed such that the conductive particles are arranged in a single layer in the planar direction of the photopolymerizable insulating resin layer, and the photopolymerizable insulating resin layer in the central region between the adjacent conductive particles is thin. The first connection layer having a thickness of the photopolymerizable insulating resin layer in the vicinity of the conductive particles, and the first connection layer is irradiated with ultraviolet rays from the translucent transfer mold side, and the release film is removed from the first connection layer. A second connection layer is formed on the surface of the first connection layer on the side opposite to the translucent transfer mold, and a third connection layer is formed on the surface of the first connection layer on the opposite side to the second connection layer. |
