abstract The present invention provides a photoresist membrane with a high-quality lamination and flatness by using a solder mask to raise the refractive index of the light-emitting diode. The photoresist membrane of the present invention has a photoresist layer composed of a photosensitive resin composition. After the photoresist layer is leveled with specific condition, reflectance spectrophotometry measured from 430 to 700 nm acquired with 10 nm intervals is above 65% by using a color reflection model of a vacuum laminating machine. And, reflectance spectrophotometry of photoresist membrane of the present invention is above 65% after being developed, illuminated with ultraviolet ray and heat processed.
