abstract |
This invention relates to biotechnology and relates to the production of lipids from microbiological material. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of extraction and improve the quality of the obtained lipids. This is achieved by wetting the dry microbial material to a moisture content of 25–50%, the petal formed from it is dried to a moisture content of 5–15% at a temperature of up to 50 ° C, and extracted with fluorotrichloromethane. The solvent is distilled off and the resulting miscella is evaporated at a temperature of 25 ° C. As a microbial material, biomass from yeast, bacteria or fungi is used, or protein isolates are used.
