abstract FIELD: oil-fat industry.SUBSTANCE: method for isolating lipid containing polyunsaturated fatty acids (hereinafter – PUFA) from lipid-containing biomass containing cells of microorganisms of the Stramanopiles type, the Thraustochytrids family, the Schizochytrium genus includes following stages: a) obtaining a biomass suspension, where cells contained in biomass include on average at least 10% by wt. of lipids; b) adding hydrophobic silicon dioxide to the suspension to ensure a final concentration from 0.005 to 0.25 wt.% of hydrophobic silicon dioxide; c) heating the suspension obtained in such a way to a temperature equal to from 50 to 100°C and incubating the suspension for from 20 min to 30 h; d) separating a light phase containing oil from an aqueous phase containing water, salts, cell residues and remaining oil. Oil containing PUFA isolated from cells of microorganisms of the Stramanopiles type, the Thraustochytrids family, the Schizochytrium genus contains hydrophobic silicon dioxide in the amount from 5 ppm (wt./wt.) to 10% by wt., where oil contains PUFA in the amount of at least 10% by wt. Delipidized biomass containing PUFA contains less than 30 wt.% of ash, and contains less than 2 wt.% of nonpolar organic solvent, and contains less than 2 wt.% of chloride, where biomass contains cells of microorganisms of the Stramanopiles type, the Thraustochytrids family, the Schizochytrium genus. The aqueous suspension containing PUFA, including biomass, is characterized by an ash content of less than 15 wt.%, and a content of nonpolar organic solvents of less than 1 wt.%, and a chloride content of less than 1 wt.%, where biomass contains cells of microorganisms of the Stramanopiles type, the Thraustochytrids family, the Schizochytrium genus, and where the aqueous suspension differs in a total dry substance content from 20 to 60 wt.%. A method for animal feeding is proposed, in which the above-mentioned biomass and/or aqueous suspension is given to animals. A method for producing a feed product is proposed, in which the above-mentioned oil or biomass and/or aqueous suspension is mixed with additional ingredients of the feed product. A method for producing a food product is proposed, in which the above-mentioned oil or biomass and/or aqueous suspension is mixed with additional ingredients of the food product.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop an effective method for isolating lipid, preferably lipid containing PUFA, from lipid-containing cells of microorganisms of the Stramanopiles type, the Thraustochytrids family, the Schizochytrium genus, and at the same time not only to prevent the need to use organic solvents, but also to prevent the need to use large amounts of salts and base and/or high pH values to effectively isolate oil from cells.19 cl, 6 tbl, 6 ex
