abstract FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a method for producing a heterogeneous biocatalyst based on bromelain immobilized on ion-exchange resins, including adsorption immobilization of bromelain in a buffer solution onto an ion-exchange resin matrix, incubation at room temperature with periodic stirring, washing of the precipitate formed with a buffer until there is no protein in the washing waters, characterized in that immobilization is carried out in the ratio 20 ml of bromelain solution at a concentration of 5 mg/ml per 1 g of air-dry carrier; in this case, immobilization is carried out on an ion exchange resin matrix AB-16-GS, and 0.05 M phosphate buffer, pH 11.0, is used as a buffer solution for immobilization, incubation is carried out for 2 hours, washing of the resulting precipitate is carried out with 0.05 M tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5. n EFFECT: expansion of the range of methods for obtaining a heterogeneous biocatalyst based on bromelain immobilized on ion-exchange resins. n 1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex
