Described is a recombinant virus-like particle for inducing specific immunity against the severe acute respiratory syndrome virus SARS-CoV-2, containing recombinant E, M, N coronavirus proteins and one or more S proteins of various coronavirus strains, containing the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, SEQ ID NO:3, SEQ ID NO:4, SEQ ID NO:5, SEQ ID NO:6, SEQ ID NO:7, which are obtained in a baculovirus insect expression system, while the virus-like particle mimics the SARS-virion CoV-2. Also disclosed is a method for producing a recombinant virus-like particle.
