The proposed SFP is obtained from: protein soy product, whey protein concentrate, maltodextrin, soy lecithin, microencapsulated rapeseed oil, potassium citrate, magnesium lactate 2-water, docosahexaenoic acid, calcium carbonate, betaine hydrochloride, α-lipoic acid, vitamin E284 mineral premix EM28263, carrageenan "Benvisco S-100", soluble dietary fiber and excipients, while as excipients a mixture of beet juice concentrate, natural flavor and sweetener is used, at a certain ratio of the original ingredients. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide a food product with an increased biological value, balanced in composition, which is due to the optimal ratio of components that contribute to a decrease in the activity of inflammation in the liver tissue, a decrease in the severity of cytolysis and cholestasis syndromes, which improves the course of NAFLD. n 9 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
