titleOfInvention Specialized food product for correction of food status disorders
abstract FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to a specialized food product for correction of eating status disorders, namely lipid and carbohydrate metabolism in patients with metabolic syndrome. Product contains sources of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, macro- and microelements, vitamins, food fibres, flavouring and other additives, wherein the protein component used is a composition consisting of whey protein concentrate and isolated soya protein in ratio 1:1, carbohydrate component is maltodextrin, the fat component is a vegetable oil composition on a protein carrier which contains monounsaturated fatty acids, with docosahexaenoic acid in ratio of 5.5:1, respectively, product additionally contains a biologically active substance L-carnitine and potassium, wherein the protein, carbohydrate and fat components are used in equal proportions, the ratio of potassium and calcium corresponds to 2:1, and chromium and zinc microelements are used in organic form in the form of protein-chelate complexes of these microelements with peptides of hydrolyzate of soya protein. Potassium source used is potassium citrate, calcium source is calcium carbonate, magnesium source is magnesium lactic acid, and as a source of sweet taste is used mixture of stevia extract with erythrite and maltitol in ratio 1:2.15 - 1:2.25, and as food fibre - high-esterified pectin in an amount corresponding to the enrichment criteria.EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of specialized food products intended for diet therapy of metabolic syndrome by correction of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism disorders.3 cl, 5 tbl, 3 ex
