abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to ophthalmology. For combined surgical treatment of macular ruptures in complicated cataract vitrectomy is performed, removal of vitreous humor posterior hyaloid membrane, staining of macular area with dye and ILM peeling. Periphery of the capsule of the crystalline lens removed at the phacoemulsification stage is excised to the required diameter. Using endovitreal tweezers, a vitreous cavity is inserted into a formed flap of a lens capsule and placed on the surface of the macular area, covering the rupture zone. For reliable attachment of the flap to the central area of the retina, PFOC is used, which is introduced from the center, onto the flap surface, covering the macular area, with further filling of the vitreal cavity. In the PFOC medium, the graft is centered above the macular rupture. After PFOC removal, the vitrarium cavity is tamponaded with sterile air and/or gas-air mixture.EFFECT: method provides achieving a high and stable morphofunctional result on a postoperative posterior segment of the eyeball, particularly in a central retinal area, in one surgical intervention, preventing recurrent macular ruptures in the early and remote postoperative periods.1 cl, 1 ex, 2 dwg |
