abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. An osteotomy is performed in the area of the fossa of the lachrymal sac, opening of the lachrymal sac, formation of complete mucous-mucous anastomosis from the anterior and posterior flaps of the lachrymal sac and flaps of the nasal mucosa. Method includes pre-instillation of 1 ml of 1 % solution of partial silver salt of polyacrylic acid on mucous membrane of nasal cavity in the area of presumed osteotomy. After the complete mucous-mucous anastomosis is formed through the endonasal cannula, 1 ml of 1 % solution of partial silver salt of polyacrylic acid is additionally installed. In case of capillary intraoperative hemorrhage, 1 % solution of partial silver salt of polyacrylic acid is additionally instilled onto wound surface.EFFECT: method allows increasing rate of formation and accuracy in cutting of lachrymal sac flaps and nasal mucosa as well as provides their reliable adhesion and fixation in the region of anastomosis.1 cl, 2 ex |
