abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a reinforcing layer for a rubber article. Technical result is achieved by reinforcing layer for rubber article, which contains multiple steel cords passing next to each other and parallel to each other, and built into rubber used for rubber product formation. Outer diameter of the steel cords is not less than 0.35 mm and not more than 6.0 mm, and the steel cords lateral pitch is more than 0.35 mm and not more than 7.0 mm. At that, multiple weft threads pass vertically between steel cords located next to each other and parallel to each other, as during suturing, so that they cross steel cords. Said plurality of weft yarns, which are located next to each other in longitudinal direction of steel cords, is located with pitch making at least 16 mm and not more than 500 mm between weft threads. Each of the weft yarns is resin fibres with diameters smaller than those of the steel cords. n EFFECT: technical result is the simplification of the rubber article without reducing strength of the reinforcing layer. n 3 cl, 9 dwg |
