abstract FIELD: automobile production. n SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tyre frame has at least one layer of stabilising fabric. The latter has longitudinal and transverse directions. In transverse direction there are a lot of high-strength reinforcing thready elements. In longitudinal direction there are a lot of thready elements passing in longitudinal direction and having lower rupture strength in comparison to that of reinforcing thready elements. Stabilising fabric can have an adhesive layer on both sides of stabilising fabric and can also have a pattern coating made from material improving adhesive properties and covering some part of at least one side of stabilising fabric. A segment that stabilises the fabric frame is located in the frame so that thready elements passing in longitudinal direction pass in tyre rotation direction, and transverse direction is oriented radially relative to tyre rotation direction.
