abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental medicine, ecology and toxicology, and can be used for prevention of chronic toxic coagulopathy in experimental animals. Daily introduction of antioxidant and heavy metal is carried out. Antioxidant from the first experimental day for two months, melaxen 5 mg/kg is introduced into the stomach through the probe. Nickel chloride solution is introduced in dose of 5 mg/kg in terms of metal.EFFECT: method provides reduced intensity of lipid peroxidation processes, restoration of antioxidant protection enzymes, inhibition of coagulation activation and recovery of anticoagulative and fibrinolytic blood systems, reduced level of thrombinemia accompanying chronic poisoning in experimental animals.1 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex
