abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: 2.0 mm wide main operational access is made from the temporal side and one additional paracentesis at 1 or 11 hours for the right and left eyes respectively, 1.0 mm wide. Phacoemulsification is carried out with implantation of a posterior chamber hydrophobic intraocular lens (IOL) with capsular fixation. From the corneal epithelium, a circular mark is applied with a diameter of 4 mm, a cohesive viscoelastic is injected through the paracentesis into the anterior chamber, descemetorexis is made by a micro-hook on the indicated label, the monolayer of modified endothelial cells of the cornea is removed, then the viscoelastic is aspirated, the anterior chamber is reconstituted with a balanced saline solution, the paracentesis is sealed. n EFFECT: method allows to increase visual functions, eliminate the need to use donor material, reduce the duration of manipulation. n 2 ex |
