abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: it is an object of the invention to provide an electrode with a pseudo-capacitance effect based on metal-oxygen compounds of cobalt (III) and nickel (III) having a capacitance of 3590-4100 F/g at a current of 1 A/g and a stability after 1000 cycles at the level of 92%.
