abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and concerns prevention of reperfusion syndrome during reconstructive surgery on precerebral vessels. To do this, an 2.4% aminophylline solution was introduced at a ratio of 10 ml of aminophylline to 200 ml of saline. Medicament injection begins 5 minutes prior to removal of the clamp from the common carotid artery and blood flow restoration in the carotid artery under endarterectomy, and is continued for another 25 minutes after removoval of the clamp from the common carotid artery. n EFFECT: method of aminophylline injection provides effective prevention of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion complications during reconstructive surgery on precerebral vessels. n 3 ex
