titleOfInvention Method of producing di-(methacryloxy-3-chloropropoxy-2)methylphosphonate
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved method of producing di-(methacryloxy-3-chloropropoxy-2)methylphosphonate, used in chemical industry as a comonomer in binder materials based on unsaturated polyester resins in production of polymer composite materials with low flammability, formula n . n Disclosed is a method of producing di-(methacryloxy-3-chloropropoxy-2)methylphosphonate, involving reaction of dichloranhydride of methylphosphonic acid with glycidyl methacrylate while heating and stirring in presence of catalyst, characterised by that, catalyst used is methylphosphonic acid or derivatives thereof, taken in amount of 0.1-3.0 % of mass of initial reagents, and method is carried out at temperature of 65-70 °C. methylphosphoric acid derivatives used are isomerisation product obtained during thermal isomerisation of dimethyl phosphite and consisting of methylphosphonic acid, methyl ether of methylphosphonic acid and para-methylphosphonic acid. n EFFECT: method simplifies process of producing phosphorus-chlorine-containing methacrylates mainly of monomer form with high operating properties and improves environmental characteristics of method. n 1 cl, 6 ex, 1 tbl
