titleOfInvention Bone filler material
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to porous two-phased calcium phosphate/hydroxyapatite (FK/GAP) material proposed as substitute bone containing sintered FK rod and at least one homogeneous and closed epitaxic grown layer of nano-crystalline GAP applied on top of sintered FK rod, wherein epitaxic grown nano-crystals have same size and structure, such as human bone mineral, i.e. length making 30-46 nm, and width making 14-22 nm, which is impregnated with collagen fibres at weight ratio of said collagen fibres to said porous calcium phosphate /hydroxyapatite (FK/GAP) material proposed as substitute bone of at least 2 %. Described is method for making said porous FK/GAP material, as well as implant is described, which contains porous collagen matrix. n EFFECT: porous FK/GAP material successfully imitates composition or microstructure bone. n 16 cl, 3 tbl, 8 ex
