titleOfInvention | Method of producing n-substituted (2-benzenesulphonyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel method of producing novel N-substituted (2-benzenesulphonyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines, which can be used in producing biologically active compounds. The disclosed method includes obtaining N-substituted (2-benzenesulphonyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines of general formula where R=CH 3 , C 6 H 5 ; R 1 =i-C 3 H 7 , C 4 H 9 ; R 2 =N(C 2 H 5 ) 2 , N(C 3 H 7 ) 2 , N(C 4 H 9 ) 2 , by reacting C-phosphorylated acetamidines of formula where R=CH 3 , C 6 H 5 R 1 =i-C 3 H 7 , C 4 H 9 ; R 2 =N(C 2 H 5 ) 2 , N(C 3 H 7 ) 2 , N(C 4 H 9 ) 2 , with sodium followed by benzene-sulphonylation of the obtained sodium derivative with benzenesulphonyl chloride in a dioxane medium with molar ratio C-phosphorylated acetamidine:sodium:benzenesulphonyl chloride=1:1:1-1.02, respectively, and temperature of 50-60°C. n EFFECT: novel compounds with high output. n 5 ex |
