FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. Antibacterial composition on the basis of colloid silver, stabilised with citric acid or its salts, suspended in water, contains, at least, one cation surface active agent. Antibacterial composition is obtained by mixing.
