titleOfInvention | Biocide solution and method for obtaining same |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine. The biocide solution includes silver nanoparticles, surfactant, water, non-polar dissolvent (mass %). Silver nanoparticle are ranged into size groups as follows: particles with the size of less than 4 nm, particles with the size of 4 to 15 nm and those with the size over 15 nm are in the ratio of 1- 2:5 -20:0.5-1. The method for obtaining solution involves silver ion recovery in a reverse micelle system. Micelle solution of surfactant is prepared in non-polar dissolvent with addition of recovery agent. Aqueous silver salt solution with concentration of 0.05 to 0.5 M is preliminarily processed by ammonia solution, then the solutions are mixed. Non-polar dissolvent is either n-hexane or n-heptane, or n-octane, or n-decane, orcyclohexane, or isooctane; surfactant is sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate (sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate), within molar surfactant concentration range (M) from 0.04 to 0.25; recovery agent is a substance selected out of flavonoid group, such as quercetin, with (M) from 4x10 -5 to 22x10 -5 ; ammonia solution concentration is selected in the range of 10-20 mass %. n EFFECT: obtaining solution with biocide effect within wide temperature range for prolonged time. n 3 cl, 8 tbl, 3 dwg |
