abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of olefin oligomers which are widely used as copolymers, raw material for producing oil and lubricants and raw material for producing other chemical products. The method of extracting products of oligomerisation of olefins, which is carried out using a catalyst, comprises a step for extracting separate olefin products and a step for treating catalyst residues. The method involves the following three successive operations: a) extracting at least one liquid olefin oligomerisation product from the stream coming out of the oligomerisation reactor; b) treating the residue with aqueous solution of an acid; c) separating the organic layer and the aqueous layer. The catalyst contains a chromium compound, a nitrogen-containing ligand and organoaluminium compounds. n EFFECT: use of the disclosed method enables, first and foremost, to extract the desired reaction products while preventing foreign matter impurities, such as alcohols, from falling into the products and/or recycled solvent, and eliminates the need to separate this foreign matter; secondly, use of the disclosed method prevents contamination of lines and devices between the reactor and the distillation column by the secondary polymer; thirdly, this solution enables to separate catalyst residues from the secondary polymer, which makes easier catalyst regeneration or separation of metal compounds from the catalyst residues, while avoiding resin deposition during distillation of high-boiling reaction products. n 9 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
