abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and can be used for treatment of "dry" for of age-specific macular degeneration. At preliminary stage magnetic-laser implant is extrasclerally implanted in projection of macular area, after which vitrectomy is performed, posterior hyaloid and internal boundary membranes are ablated, liquid is replaced with air, in area superior temporal arcade in avascular zone puncture of retina is performed and autologic cultured mesenchymal stem cells of own bone marrow, labeled with magnetic particles, are introduced under Bruch's membrane. n EFFECT: invention ensures improvement or stabilisation of visual functions in patients with "dry" form of age-specific macular degeneration.
