FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrothermally stable microporous crystalline materials including molecular sieves or zeolite with octo-ring structure of open pores, for example, SAPO-34 or silica-alumina zeolite, and to method of their production. Proposed material including SAPO-34 features crystal size exceeding 0.3 mcm, which after action of temperature of 700-900C in the presence of up to 10 vol. % of water steam retains for 16 h, at least, 80% of its surface area and volume of microporous space and acidity of, at least, 0.35 mmol/g. Invention covers the material for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides by urea or ammonium that contains iron and/or copper SAPO-34 with crystal size exceeding 0.3 mcm, which after action of temperature of up to 900C in the presence of up to 10 vol. % of water steam retains for 16 h, at least, 80% of its surface area and volume of microporous space for up to 1 h. It covers also the method of producing silica-alumina-phosphate molecular sieves containing SAPO-34, methods of selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides in off gases as well as method of their production. ^ EFFECT: production of hydrothermally stable microporous crystalline materials. ^ 57 cl, 2 tbl, 7 dwg, 6 ex |
