titleOfInvention | Method of surgical treatment of retinal detachment |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used in surgical treatment of retinal detachments. In flat part of ciliary body one port 25 G is installed, through said port needle attached to syringe with dye is introduced. Needle is passed through vitreous body to the place of rupture and with reverse movement of needle, by pressing out the dye, stained channel is formed in vitreous body, through said channel vitreotom tip is introduced and vitrectomy is performed around the rupture place, after that vitreotom tip is removed and through stained channel introduced is cannula which is used to remove subretinal fluid, alternating its removal with compensation of vitreous body volume with physiological solution. Cannula is removed. Endolasercoagulation of rupture place is performed, after that through the same channel introduced is needle attached to syringe with air-gaseous mixture, tamponade of rupture place is carried out with said mixture, at the end of operation port is removed. ^ EFFECT: method allows to ensure stable anatomical adjoining of retina, eliminate tractions of vitreous body, improve visual functions, improve quality of surgical treatment of patients with retinal detachment, complicated with proliferative vitreoretinopathy. ^ 1 ex |
