FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing anode material (anodes). Carbon anode material is obtained by mixing needle and/or petroleum coke and pitch in amount ranging from 20 to 40 % of mass of coke with subsequent carbonisation at temperature 600-1000°C. Medium temperature pitch is used. The process is carried out in the presence of a catalyst, chosen from a series which includes compounds of iron, cobalt, nickel and their alloys, and carbonisation is done in reducing or inert medium. The obtained carbon material has a turbostratic structure and has conductivity comparable with that of graphite. n EFFECT: simpler process, increased conductivity of anode material and prevention of release of benzopyrene into the environment. n 16 ex, 4 dwg |
