FIELD: chemistry, milk production. n SUBSTANCE: strain of lactate bacteria Streptococcus thermophilus "ВКПМ В- 9587" is obtained from strain of S. thermophilus "ВС 104" in result of multi-step selection in conditions of higher temperature.
