Method for treating corneal diseases |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out human corneal tunic endothelium fetal cell plastoma autotransplantation with Descemet membrane and partially with stroma. Layer of cells is arranged under mucous membrane of the eye as endothelial layer so that it assumes fibrous envelope shape being attached to eye limb with one edge. Fetal stem cells layer is arranged in 12±30' h meridian direction. After restoring eye cornea transparency, fetal cell layer is removed in required quantities. n EFFECT: controlled treatment process; enabled allotransplant removal. n 3 cl |
