titleOfInvention Method for preparing of sugar-containing product
abstract FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, sugar industry. n SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing liquid biologically active additive, free of saccharose, with crystalline sugar having moisture content of 1.0-1.2%; drying product in drier; dispersing biologically active additive by means of nozzle mounted inside drier drum as sugar is delivered from dosing device into drier. Additive is mixed with sugar crystals in suspended state to provide for uniform application thereof and homogeneity of product. Of liquid biologically active additives, concentrated bases, such as "Peresvet" or "Tajozhny rodnyk", or any of known admitted liquid biologically active additives may be used in an amount of 1.0-2.5 weight parts per 100 weight parts of sugar. n EFFECT: uniform distribution of biologically active additives on sugar crystal surface, uniform coloring of sugar crystals and, accordingly, improved appearance and consumer properties of product. n 2 ex
