titleOfInvention | Sorbent-catalyst preparation method |
abstract | FIELD: gas treatment. SUBSTANCE: sorbent-catalyst, which may be used for treating industrial effluent gases or in individual or collective protection means, consists in impregnation of substrate grains with solution containing chemisorption additives (copper, chromium, silver), maturing of grains, and their heat treatment, said substrate having summary pore volume 0.5-0.7 cu.cm/g and impregnation being effected with triethylenediamine solution having concentration 0.9-1.5 wt %, whereas volume of solution constitutes 0.95-1.05 substrate volume. Heat treatment is conducted in fuel gas atmosphere at bed temperature 120-140 C and, according to invention, solution is supplemented by 1.5-2.2 wt % potassium bichromate. EFFECT: increased cyanochloride-sorption capacity under wet conditions by 50- 70%. 2 cl |
