titleOfInvention | Method for diagnosing blood platelets stage disorder of hemostasis in infectious pathology cases |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking blood sample by means of patient ulnar vein puncture as mixture with sodium citrate solution in 9:1 proportion. Plasma enriched with blood platelets is produced by centrifuging. Plasma containing no blood platelets is prepared for tuning aggregometer device. Basic adenosine diphosphate concentration is prepared by solving dry adenosine diphosphate in physiological salt solution. Aggregation curve is built. The basic weight of adenosine diphosphate is 10 and 100 times reduced and blood platelets aggregation activity is studied during 45-60 min after taking blood sample. Two-waved aggregatogram is recorded. The data are used for evaluating blood platelets stage disorder of hemostasis at the early stage of disease. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis at early stage of infectious disease. 2 dwg, 5 tbl |
