titleOfInvention Method of the male sterility diagnosis
abstract FIELD: medicine, cattle breeding. SUBSTANCE: method involves assay the state of spermatozoon chromatin by cytofluorimetry. Intensity of cell nuclei fluorescence is estimated by their staining with ethidium bromide before and after treatment with heparin. Male sterility is diagnosed if fluorescence intensity is increased more than in 30% cells or increased by more than 2-fold in 50% cells after their treatment with heparin. Method can be used in reproductive technology, in part, to increase pregnancy onset in sterility treatment, in programs of extracorporal fertilization and homologous insemination, in diagnosis of specific therapy or recovery procedures at nonfavorable prognosis and so on. EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis, increased precision, decreased cost of analysis. 1 ex, 1 tbl
