FIELD: organic chemistry, heterocyclic compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the new derivatives of azole of the general formula (I): where Ar -halide; R 1 - - hydrogen or lower alkyl; R 3 - - lower alkyl possibly substituted with lower alkyl, halide, trifluoromethyl, lower alkoxy, halide (lower)-alkoxy, piperazinyl, benzylpiperazinyl, lower acylpiperazinyl, lower alkoxyphenylpiperazinyl being alkyl moiety of that can be substituted with halide, and Y and Z are independently nitrogen atom or methyne-group that can be optionally substituted additionally with lower alkyl-group, or its acid-additive salts exhibiting antifungal activity, and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof. The indicated compounds are synthesized by interaction of compounds of the formula (II) and (III) . The synthesized compounds can be used in medicine.
