titleOfInvention | Method of vodka production |
abstract | FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of drinking water showing the following indices: alkalinity is 1 mg-equiv/dm 3 , not above, pH = 6.6-7.0; oxidizability is 3.0 mg O 2 /dm 3 , not above; dry residue is 100-250 mg/dm 3 ; mass concentration, mg/dm 3 : sulfate ((SO -- 4 )) 10-30; chloride ((Cl - )) 10-25; hydrocarbonate ((HCO - 3 )) 25-100; iron 0.10, not above, and silicon 1.0-5.0. Water is filtered through the activated carbon BAU-A impregnated with silver. Alcoholic mixture is prepared from this water and rectified ethyl alcohol containing methyl alcohol at volume part 0.02%, not above. Alcoholic mixture is filtered and purified by passing through quartz sand, activated carbon BAU-A and that impregnated with silver and quartz sand again. Concentration of vodka is corrected in the end tank where xylitol an aqueous-spirituous solution and glucose (1.9-2.1 kg and 9.9-10.1 kg/1000 dal vodka, respectively) were added, stirred and kept for 2 h, not less, followed by final filtration through diaphragms (pore size is 5 and 2 mcm) and pouring. EFFECT: improved method of vodka production. |
