titleOfInvention Coordinate displacement drive of actuating tools of numerically controlled rounding-grinding machine
abstract FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: cycloidal gearing planetary-cogwheel reducer is used as summing mechanism in kinematic circuit of displacement drive for any coordinate axis, which is controlled simultaneously. Each reducer has two entrance units, which are driven into rotation simultaneously by two engines in such a manner, that motion of one engine sets motion with transmission relation to exit unit, which relation is equal to unit. The other engine sets motion reduced multiple to output unit of the transmission. Globoidal worm gearing is mounted at end unit of kinematic circuit of rotational drive of item. The gearing has pretension at space-free contact of rolling of cogwheels of the gearing along the screws of globoidal worm. EFFECT: improved precision. 1 dwg
