titleOfInvention DRIVE OF COORDINATE DEVICE MOVEMENT AND ITS MANAGEMENT METHOD
abstract The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely, devices that provide linear movement of the processing tool relative to the workpiece, and can be used in high-precision manufacturing equipment when cutting the silicon wafers with a diamond disk tool. The result, to achieve which this technical solution is aimed, is to significantly reduce the amplitude of natural oscillations. The achievement of the result in the proposed technical solution is achieved by the fact that an additional traction effort module, an amplitude of natural oscillations of the moving carriage along the guide, a narrow-band filter with a passband corresponding to the natural frequency of the movable carriage, vibration sensor mounted on a movable carriage in the direction of its movement, and the electric power determination unit ti consumed by the motor, and a driving force control method, the additional traction drive is connected to the carriage and provides firmware update additional traction. The implementation of this technical solution allows you to virtually eliminate the occurrence of natural oscillations of the moving carriage.
