abstract FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: strain Bifidobacterium thermophilium B1 that is obligate microbe of gastrointestinal tract in piglet is used as a component of bacterial microflora preparation. Strain is grown together with mesophilic lactic acid streptococci and acidophilic bacillus Lactobacillus acidophilus VKPM B-2728 at 40 ± 1 for 18-22 h. Sowing doses for bifidobacteria, mesophilic lactic acid streptococci and acidophilic bacillus are 7-10, 0.001-0.005 and 0.001-0.005%, respectively. EFFECT: improved method of bacterial preparation preparing.
