abstract The universal fixation of the working attachments of medical instruments belongs to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to fix the working attachments of various medical instruments.n n n The technical result is the creation of a device for fixing replaceable working nozzles of medical instruments with a simple method for fixing and removing them.n n n Evaluation of the effectiveness of using a universal fixator for working nozzles of medical instruments was carried out in clinical practice in 45 patients with laparotomy and hernioplasty. There were no complications associated with the use of the new instrument. There were no cases of defects in fixing the working attachments of medical instruments. The convenience of using working attachments in clinical practice has increased intraoperatively.n n n The device consists of a figured handle of an elongated drop-shaped configuration 85.0 mm long, connected to a unit for fixing the working nozzles in the form of a cylindrical sleeve with a diameter of 10.0 mm, a length of 20.0 mm; nests for fixing the working nozzles with an inner diameter of 3.0 mm, with a cone-cone-curved base; on the outer surface of the fixation unit in the projection of the plane of the device handle and further along its perimeter there are six faces for the location of the fixation plate with a hole in the center for inserting the fixator cotter pin, which secures the working nozzles of medical instruments in the sleeve of the fixation unit, the nozzle fixer is a rectangular plate, 1.5 mm thick, 5.5 mm wide, 19.0 mm long, with a cylindrical cotter pin in the center, 2.5 mm in diameter, 3.0 mm long. 3 ill.
