abstract | The latch of the tips of medical instruments relates to medicine, namely to surgery.n n n The technical result of using the utility model is the creation of a device for fixing removable working nozzles of medical instruments with a simple and high-quality method of their fixation and extraction, simplification of manufacturing technology, pre-sterilization processing and sterilization.n n n The technique of using the clamp of nozzles of medical instruments was tested in clinical practice in 35 patients during laparotomy at the stage of suturing the wall of the stomach, laparotomy wound, with suturing for aponeurosis, hernioplasty, suturing of subcutaneous fat.n n n The device consists of a figured handle with an elongated drop-shaped configuration 85.0 mm long, connected to the fixing unit for working nozzles in the form of a cylindrical sleeve with a diameter of 8.0 mm, 20.0 mm long, with a conical-concave base, an inner diameter of 3.0 mm, on the outer surface of the assembly of fixation in the projection of the plane of the handle of the device there is a flat face for placing the retainer plate with a hole in the center for the cotter pin securing the working nozzles of medical instruments in the sleeve of the fixation unit, the nozzle retainer represents a rectangular squared plate 1.5 mm thick, 6.0 mm wide, 19.0 mm long, with a forelock in the center of a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm long. 3 ill. |
