abstract |
According to each of the methods for roughening the etching solution and the copper surface, copper having a rough surface having excellent acid resistance is provided, and other processes are unnecessary by firmly fixing the copper conductive pattern layer and the outer layer material to each other during the manufacture of the printed wiring board. The manufacturing process is simplified. The etchant may contain oxo, such as sulfur wire, peroxide, such as hydrogen peroxide, and auxiliary components, such as azole and chlorine. The azole may comprise benzotriazole (BTA). The chlorine may be in the form of sodium chloride (NaCl). The etching solution roughens the copper surface in a needle shape. |
