The present invention is an esterified compound of a fatty acid and a monohydric alkanol as a fatty acid in a gelatin film containing polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol as a plasticizer as an active ingredient, as a cyclosporine co-surfactant, polyethylene glycol or propylene carbonate, or a mixture thereof. An oil mixture consisting of a ceride and a monoglyceride relates to a cyclosporin-containing soft capsule agent containing a composition containing a surfactant having an HLB value of 8 to 17. |
