abstract |
The present invention provides an apparatus and method for producing a diamondoid carbon film. The diamond-shaped carbon film production apparatus includes a gas supply device; pulsed power supply; and a reaction chamber, wherein the reaction chamber is used to contain the matrix; A gas supply device is used to provide a reaction gas to the reaction chamber; A pulsed power supply is used to provide a pulsed electric field to the reaction chamber so that a reactive gas can be deposited on the matrix surface by PECVD to form a diamond-like carbon film. |
