abstract | The present invention relates to a hwangchil nucifera bamboo salt prepared using a hwangchil tree extract and bamboo salt and a method for preparing the same, and in detail, 1) after fermenting hwangchil tree for 40 to 60 hours using a fermenting microorganism, at 60 to 70 ℃ Extracting for 6 to 10 hours to prepare a hwangchil tree extract; 2) extracting cujippong with hot water to prepare a cujippong extract; 3) extracting camphor tree with 60 to 80 wt% ethanol aqueous solution to prepare a camphor extract; 4) preparing a mixed extract by mixing the prepared hwangchil tree extract, kkujippong extract and camphor extract; and 5) mixing the prepared mixed extract and bamboo salt to coat the mixed extract on the bamboo salt.
