abstract The present invention relates to a technology for lowering the potassium content of soymilk, and more particularly, to a technology for providing soymilk that can be supplied as a nutritional beverage to kidney disease patients by lowering the content of potassium ions (K+). Soymilk is a nutritious drink and is a major food that provides nutrition to patients as well as the general public, but kidney disease patients have difficulty in drinking it due to the potassium contained in soymilk. According to the present invention, there is an advantage in that it is possible to provide a nutritional food for kidney disease patients by manufacturing and supplying soymilk with a lower potassium content.
